Copywriter (English & Spanish)
The National MS Society needed to better understand the experiences and needs of Hispanic/Latino individuals living with multiple sclerosis. Through culturally nuanced research and outreach, we aimed to surface insights that could shape future support and resources. As copywriter, I helped translate complex findings into clear, accessible language for surveys, discussion guides, and participant communications—ensuring every touchpoint felt authentic and inviting. The result: actionable insights from over 260 survey respondents, plus focus groups and provider interviews that gave NMSS a sharper, more empathetic lens on serving this community.
