The DoD needed to reach the next generation of STEM talent while navigating shifting political landscapes and a highly competitive job market. We launched “We Shape the Future,” a campaign showing engineers, coders, and analysts the impact they could have as civilian employees. I worked closely with the client to get every detail of the message right—balancing aspiration with authenticity—and used that flexibility to adapt quickly as priorities evolved. The result: creative that connected with STEM candidates, drove engagement across platforms, and positioned the DoD as a place where they can make a diffference.
