Pepco’s multi-year Capital Grid Project meant major infrastructure upgrades and the potential for major headaches for residents and businesses along the way. The challenge was to keep the community informed, maintain trust, and highlight the long-term benefits while work was underway. Our answer: 'More Power to You'—a witty, bilingual campaign that spread unexpected positivity. I wrote and directed the TV and radio spots and crafted copy across OOH, social, and web banners, delivering clear, human messaging that made progress feel worth the wait.
